  • Exterior Light BPO (3 photos)
    Front, street scene, and address.
  • Exterior Drive-By BPO (4 photos)
    Front, side, street scene, and address.
  • Exterior Standard BPO (7 photos)
    Front, right side, left side, street scene up, street scene down, street sign, and address.
  • Interior/Exterior BPO
    EXTERIOR: Front, rear, right side, left side, street scene up, street scene down, street sign, address, back yard, pool, exterior mechanicals/appliances, noticeable damage.
    INTERIOR: 2 angles of each room, mechanicals/major appliances, garage, and noticeable damage.
  • Occupancy Check Standard (9 photos)
    Representative will visually inspect property for signs of predetermined industry occupancy indicators (i.e. unmaintained property, mailbox overflow, abandoned personal property, vacancy notices, etc.) and will note findings to the order.
    Front, right side, left side, street scene up, street scene down, street sign, address and 2 occupancy indicators.
  • Occupancy Check Standard w/Notice Posted (11 photos)
    Representative will visually inspect property for signs of predetermined industry occupancy indicators (i.e. unmaintained property, mailbox overflow, abandoned personal property, vacancy notices, etc.) and will post your company specific occupancy notice.
  • Front, right side, left side, street scene up, street scene down, street sign, address, 2 occupancy indicators, 2 notice postings.
  • Weekly Inspections Fannie Mae (10 orders per week minimal. Variable Bulk Rates apply)
    EXTERIOR: Address verification and noticeable damage.
    INTERIOR: One photo of your choice, noticeable damage.
    Comments will be listed of any changes from the week prior.


MCC’s exterior inspection services verify occupancy status, determine exterior property condition, and alert the client to any problems that may compromise asset value. Our inspection teams identify and document missing or damaged siding, structural damage, overgrown grass and debris, as well as broken windows/doors and other security problems. Posted citations and for-sale signs are also noted. Supporting photos are provided, as appropriate.
